Realcricket does not reimburse funds added to a user's account, and they can only be used for contests hosted by Realcricket. Users of Realcricket cannot cancel a confirmed transaction. Realcricket reserves the right to permit any user to cancel a transaction and receive a refund for the amount paid in the following circumstances: When a User sends a notification to Realcricket from their registered email address to cancel such payment, Realcricket shall not be obligated to refund any amount following a request made by the User to cancel such payment. The cancellation request must be received at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; Realcricket shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
Realcricket reserves the right to deduct applicable cancellation fees and taxes before refunding the transaction amount. The User should also read the additional terms and conditions that apply during the transaction process. When the additional terms and conditions conflict with the current Terms and Conditions of Realcricket , the additional terms and conditions will take precedence. Refunds will only be made to the source of the Realcricket User Account. All refund transactions use the same payment method or financial instrument as the deposit. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to process by the internal review team.
In case of any unforeseen event, e.g. Force majeure, event cancellation, or technical errors and others, only league joining amount will be refunded as used to join the league, there will be no claim on the winning as per the rank.
